Travel: The successful candidates will be required to work / travel across the country/England to sites in - North London, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Reading, Northampton, Leicester, Kettering, Crewe, York, Newcastle and Derby and must be able to work days, nights and weekends.
Support: As a member of the RSS team candidates will receive full product and equipment training followed by onsite mentoring. Successful applicants will be required to undergo full Behavioural Based Safety Training (BBS) as part of their induction. BBS is a process that aims to reduce unsafe behaviours that can lead to incidents occurring on work-sites and helps to ensure that the team work to the highest standards expected by our clients.
Future training may also be provided as the role changes however, this will be subject to the needs of the business. The candidate may also be given additional equipment needed to carry out their duties, subject to meeting our criteria.
Interested applicants will be invited to attend an open day in Birmingham where they will have the opportunity to operate the equipment in a safe environment with experienced operators on hand to answer any queries.
