Based from our Head Office in Birmingham, we are looking to recruit for our Audit, Compliance and Training team an individual who can ensure that strict processes and procedures are managed, followed and developed throughout the group ensuring both the legal and industry specific compliance requirements are met.
The group is predominately focused within the rail sector, through the growth and development of Rail Safety Solutions Ltd (RSS), who are now the UK’s largest provider of Track Warning Systems, Safety Critical and Contingent labour, Magnetic Safety Fencing and support functions to principle contractors and Network Rail. Safety is at the heart of everything the group deliver and through this role you will build close relationships within our clients to understand their safety and compliance procedures, to ensure that we deliver exceptional service tailored to any specific individual needs.

If you have worked within the rail sector, this would be an advantage but not critical. You will have excellent IT skills and be proficient with all Microsoft Office packages having worked either within a compliance role previously or as a senior administrator. As the gate keeper for all compliance, you will have experience of working with demanding teams and be able to manage expectations though clear communication and direction. Candidates must hold a qualification either within compliance, health & safety or be trained to NVQ level 3 in Administration.
Competitive basic salary dependant on experience, with life assurance, BUPA and Health Insurance after successful completion of probation. 40 hours per week, excellent public transport links.
