Rail Safety Solutions (RSS) are looking to recruit a number or permanent rail team leaders to support and develop the growth of the company. To be considered for one of the roles you will have held a minimum COSS competency and must have passed and been deemed competent through assessment in the last 12 months, have a full driving licence (max 6pts) and be aged 23+ for the group vehicle insurance. Your role is to both manage and drive teams on site to ensure that the client receives quality production with safety recognised as the most important process. We are a rapidly growing company, and as ambassadors we require a strong positive attitude, leadership skills and positive work ethic, which are vital to ensure we maintain our delivery and reputation.
You will work closely with the office resource team to ensure your teams fully manned, are PPE compliant, team and tool box talks are delivered and recorded, site safety tours are completed and vehicles are maintained to company high standards. Through the group we run a number of apprenticeship programmes and you will be required to support these through the mentoring and development of trainees and apprentices when on site in conjunction with the training team.
